Check included content, formats, compatibility and permitted uses. Digital products are files, not physical shipments. Buying does not automatically transfer copyright or permission to resell files.
Delivery availability
Digital files remain private until payment is confirmed. Downloads are available through the buyer’s order page. Checkout asks for consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right when delivery begins. Adding a digital product to a cart does not grant file access.
Support and cancellation
Sellers must resolve missing, defective or misdescribed files under applicable law. Report issues with the order reference without sharing files publicly. Immediate supply does not automatically remove withdrawal rights; applicable express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation are required.
