Who operates Sellessa
Sellessa is an online marketplace for physical goods and digital products offered by independent sellers. It is operated by Shapelabs, registered in the Netherlands, KVK 92507662, VAT identification number NL004958969B22. Business contact details are on Contact.
The seller identified with an offer is responsible for product information, fulfillment, applicable guarantees, returns and refunds. Shapelabs remains responsible for its own platform services and obligations.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and operate only accounts you are authorized to manage. You must be legally able to enter the relevant agreement. Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent orders or reviews, infringe rights, misuse personal information or interfere with the service.
Products and prices
Read the seller identity, description, variant, dispatch origin, delivery estimates and return arrangements before ordering. A basket may create separate store orders and deliveries. Display-currency conversions are estimates; check the selling currency and totals at checkout. Charges must be disclosed before a binding paid purchase.
Payment availability
Payments are completed through Stripe when checkout is available for the selected items. Review the final price and delivery costs before paying. An order is confirmed only after payment is verified. Unpaid checkout reservations expire automatically. Do not send payment outside Sellessa in response to a payment request.
Returns, complaints and legal rights
Sellers must meet applicable withdrawal, guarantee, delivery and refund obligations. Seller policies cannot remove mandatory consumer rights. Contact the seller with your order reference; see Returns & refunds.
For unresolved complaints or platform issues, email support@sellessa.com. Sellessa can review reports and take action under marketplace rules. This does not promise escrow, insurance or a platform-funded buyer guarantee.
Sellessa may restrict content or accounts for fraud, safety, infringement or rule breaches. Contact support to request review. These terms do not remove non-excludable rights, liabilities or access to competent courts.
