Seller and dispatch origin
Sellers fulfill orders directly or through partners. A seller’s business address can differ from the dispatch warehouse. Check the origin and delivery information on the listing. A partner does not remove the seller’s responsibility.
Destinations and delivery estimates
Select your delivery country to see relevant availability; the address is checked again at checkout. Processing covers preparation and delivery covers transit after dispatch, in business days where supplied. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Sellers must provide realistic information, communicate delays and meet applicable delivery obligations.
Charges and multiple sellers
Charges depend on the seller, shipping profile and destination. Different shops or fulfillment arrangements may produce separate charges and deliveries. Review the order breakdown. Applicable import charges and responsibility must be disclosed before a paid purchase; do not assume a conversion includes customs charges or taxes not expressly shown.
Tracking and problems
Tracking, when provided, appears with the order. Contact the seller about missing, delayed or damaged goods, or Sellessa to escalate unresolved issues.
