Platform and seller
Shapelabs operates Sellessa as a marketplace. The actual seller identified with an offer is responsible for its product and sales obligations; Shapelabs remains responsible for its own platform services. A storefront name is a trading identity, not necessarily a separate legal business.
Open Seller details for legal identity, contact information, seller status and any additional return instructions. Businesses must not describe themselves as private sellers to avoid consumer obligations.
Products and fulfillment
The catalog can include brands, resellers, handmade goods, supplier-fulfilled products and digital files. Goods are not necessarily handmade, made by the seller or dispatched from its business address. Partners do not automatically become the seller or take over its responsibilities.
Support and discovery
Contact the seller about products, delivery and returns. Email support@sellessa.com for platform issues, unsafe listings or unresolved seller complaints. Marketplace access is not product certification, insurance or a buyer-guarantee scheme.
Recommendations use relevant catalog and shopping activity, such as categories, follows and saves. Organic recommendations are not paid placements.
Payment availability
Adding products to a cart does not place an order or authorize a charge. Review availability, the total and delivery details at checkout, then complete payment with Stripe. Your order page shows the confirmed payment status.
