Seller identity

Operate only a shop you are authorized to represent. Correctly identify whether you act as a business or a private individual; a sole trader acting commercially is a business. Complete Seller details in Shop settings. These fields are published after your explicit confirmation. Private application details are not automatically published. Supply registration and public VAT identifiers where applicable.

Listings and stock

Describe goods, variants, condition, formats, compatibility and licenses accurately. Hold the rights needed to sell and advertise. Maintain accurate prices, inventory, dispatch origins and delivery estimates. Imported supplier information does not establish safety, authenticity or permission to sell. Do not make unsupported handmade, local-origin or brand claims.

Fulfillment, returns and refunds

You are responsible for fulfilling your sales and meeting applicable consumer, safety, tax and import obligations. A supplier or fulfillment partner does not take over your responsibilities to buyers.

Disclose your return address, process, postage allocation and lawful exceptions before purchase. Handle cancellation, non-delivery, faults and refunds within applicable deadlines. Policies cannot override mandatory rights. Do not falsely mark orders shipped or delivered.

Customer information

Use buyer data only for legitimate fulfillment, support and other lawful purposes. Do not add buyers to marketing lists merely because they ordered. Share only necessary data with fulfillment partners and apply appropriate safeguards.

Fees and payments

Listing products on Sellessa is free. The Sellessa transaction fee is 5% of each seller order total, including delivery, rounded to the currency’s minor unit. Stripe processing costs are allocated proportionally across the seller orders in the payment and charged separately. Sellers review and accept the payment terms before connecting their payment account.

Moderation and updates

Follow the Prohibited products policy and cooperate with legitimate checks. Shop approval is not product certification. Sellessa may restrict listings or accounts for breaches, fraud or safety concerns. Email support@sellessa.com to request review. Outstanding buyer obligations continue after closure. Material agreement changes may require renewed acceptance.
