Remember that uniform scaling changes the wall thickness, floor thickness and overall height as well as the width. Printing Information Print the tray flat in its supplied orientation. The final STL was test sliced in Bambu Studio using: Bambu Lab A1 0.4 mm nozzle 0.20 mm layer height Generic PLA profile 3 walls 15% infill Supports disabled All 110 sliced layers were reviewed, and no supports were required with this reference setup. The final model was test sliced and mesh checked but has not been physically test printed. Printer condition, filament behavior and slicer settings can affect individual results.
